All of our exotic shorthair kittens are guaranteed to be 100% healthy, free of infectious or communicable diseases, and free of any symptoms of infection at the time of adoption. We take great pride in the fact that our relationship with you continues when you take home a kitten from us. As a dedicated family of exotic shorthair kitten and cats lovers, we like to believe that there will never be a problem when it comes to the health of our exotic shorthair kittens. However, some things are beyond our control. A kitten health is influenced by a multitude of factors, such as genetics, diet, and overall care.
We can assure you that your new family member will be healthy, even though we are unable to guarantee that your kitten will never experience health issues! In the unlikely event that your kitten dies from a genetic problem within the first 1 years of life, or if, within that time, it is found to have a congenital or hereditary disorder that will negatively affect the kitten health, please get in touch with us, and we will replace the kitten with one of equal value at no additional cost to you. A licensed veterinarian should confirm the reason behind the deaths of the kitten.
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we were able to provide you with a happy and healthy exotic shorthair kitten. To maintain your kitten health, we do require your help. Here are some suggestions to get you going:
After receiving your kitten, kindly send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within four business days. The exam must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Although your kitten will come with current, age-appropriate vaccinations, avoid giving them shots during the first ten days of their arrival. We will deworm and vaccinate your kitten up until the departure date, but until your kitten is 16 weeks old or older (or as recommended by your veterinarian), we would prefer that you continue with the recommended deworming and routine checkups.
We cannot guarantee your new kitten temperament, conformation, height, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability.
This warranty will be void if your kitten does not receive timely immunizations or regular veterinary care.
This warranty does not cover spaying or neutering costs. Before they leave with you, all of our kittens must undergo a thorough health check. This health check is performed by our veterinarian, who is required to complete our Veterinary Health Report. This report, prepared for us by a professional veterinarian, is designed to check each kitten condition for:
Cardiovascular
Skin and Coat
Eyes
Mouth, Teeth, and Gums
Musculoskeletal
Respiratory
Ears
Urogenital
Gastrointestinal
To ensure that our exotic shorthair kittens health evaluation is up-to-date, we anticipate that this report will be completed close to the date of delivery. This report is then internally reviewed for errors or concerns raised by our veterinarian. We also require a licensed veterinarian to inspect your kitten within four days of receiving it.
We have all of our kittens up to date on their vaccinations. We give you the deadlines for their upcoming available shot.
